Hi, I’m Nikoletta, a jewellery maker and the founder of TOCO, based in Greece.
Since 2014, I’ve been creating jewellery exclusively in 925 sterling silver and gold, inspired by the tools, objects, and rituals that surround us every day.
At TOCO, I look at the objects behind people’s work and turn them into jewellery. A chef’s knife, a bartender’s shaker, a barista’s coffee handle, familiar tools that have a purpose, a history, and a strong connection to the hands that use them.
I’m fascinated by these objects because they represent more than their function. They are part of a craft, a profession, a routine, and a way of life. They carry the energy of the people who work with them and the stories created around them.
My jewellery is an interpretation of these everyday tools. I take their shapes, details, textures, and character and translate them into small wearable objects, keeping a balance between recognisable forms and timeless jewellery design.
For me, creating jewellery is about finding beauty in things that are often overlooked. It is about taking something functional and familiar and giving it a new life, something that can be worn, collected, and carried with you.
Every piece is designed and crafted by hand with careful attention to proportion, detail, and how it feels on the body. I work with 925 sterling silver and gold to create pieces that are made for everyday wear, but still carry a strong sense of identity.
